TC and CG Terminal Circuit [03/2014 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TC of DLC3 - TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU AND RECEIVER AND ECM)
- Disconnect the P46 tire pressure warning ECU and receiver connector.
- Disconnect the A43 ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition P46-3 (TC) - F17-13 (TC) Always Below 1 Ω P46-3 (TC) or F17-13 (TC) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CG of DLC3 - BODY GROUND)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition F17-4 (CG) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*a Front view of DLC3
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK → See step 3
