DTC B2439: Headlamp LH Circuit; DTC B243A: Headlamp RH Circuit [10/2014 - 09/2017]: Procedure

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - 09/2017]

   Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Clear DTCs 

   Result

   Proceed to

1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
2. Inspect the light using the dimmer switch.
3. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - 09/2017]

   Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   Proceed to
   DTCs B2439 and B243A are not output
   DTC B2439 is output
   DTC B243A is output

Result: 

DTCs B2439 and B243A are not output 

USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2014 - 09/2017]

1. Temporarily replace the headlight unit LH with a new or normally functioning one.

   Refer to REMOVAL [10/2014 - 09/2017]

REPLACE HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2014 - 09/2017] 

1. Temporarily replace the headlight unit RH with a new or normally functioning one.
