Installation [10/2014 - ]

  1. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 
    1. Attach the 5 hooks (A).

      *1 Hook (A)
      *2 Hook (B)
    2. Push the front passenger airbag assembly to attach the 5 hooks (B).
    3. Install the 2 screws.
  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE 
    1. Connect the 2 airbag connectors.

      NOTE:
      • When connecting airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.
      • Be sure to only connect the connectors to each corresponding color.
    2. Push in the lock to connect the airbag connector.
    3. Attach the clamp to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire to the front passenger airbag assembly.
  3. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [10/2014 - ] - Step 13
  4. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [10/2014 - ] - Step 12
  5. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [10/2014 - ] - Step 15
  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2014 - ]

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected. Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2014 - ] .

  8. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT 

    Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [10/2014 - ]

  9. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH  . Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2014 - ] - Step 17
