Removal [04/2013 - 10/2017]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  2. REMOVE INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER 

    See step  20[04/2013 - 08/2015], or see step  20[08/2015 - 10/2016], or see step  19[10/2016 - 10/2017]

  3. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  3[04/2013 - 08/2015], or see step  3[08/2015 - 10/2016], or see step  3[10/2016 - 10/2017]

  4. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT 
    1. Release the V-ribbed belt tension by turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise, remove the V-ribbed belt from the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.

    2. While turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise, align its holes, and then insert a 5 mm bi-hexagon wrench into the holes to secure the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.
