Removal [04/2013 - 08/2015]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  3. REMOVE INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  4. REMOVE CENTER NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  5. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 

    See step  4

  6. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose from the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.

  7. DISCONNECT NO. 6 WATER BY-PASS HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 6 water by-pass hose from the water inlet.

  8. REMOVE WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 3 nuts, water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly and gasket.
