Customize Parameters [09/2013 - ]

  1. CUSTOMIZE METER / GAUGE SYSTEM 
    1. Customizing with the Techstream
      1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
      2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
      3. Turn the Techstream on.
      4. Enter the following menus: Customize Setting / Warning, Display or Unit Conversion.
      5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.
        WARNING

        Display Default Content Setting Relevant ECU
        Key Remind Volume Large Function to change the key reminder buzzer sound volume Large, Medium or Small No. 1 meter ECU
        Key Remind Sound Slow Function to change the key reminder buzzer sound frequency Normal, Fast or Slow No. 1 meter ECU
        Seat Belt Warning* D/P ON Function to change the seat belt warning buzzer setting D/P ON, D ON, P ON or D/P OFF No. 1 meter ECU
        • *: This setting is only valid for the buzzer which sounds at 20 km/h (12 mph) or more
        DISPLAY

        Display Default Content Setting Relevant ECU
        ODO Display Time After IG OFF Setting 30 s Function to change the odometer display time 30 s, 60 s, 600 s or OFF No. 1 meter ECU
    2. Customizing with the combination meter
      1. Turn the power switch on (IG).
      2. Enter the following menus: Settings.
      3. Select the setting by referring to the table below.
        METER SETTING

        Display Default Content Setting Relevant ECU
        Language English Function to change the multi-information display language English, Francais or Espanol No. 1 meter ECU
        Units miles (MPG) Function to change the multi-information display unit km (L/100km) or miles (MPG) No. 1 meter ECU
        ECO lamp ON (Self-lighting) Function to turn on/off the eco light setting ON (Self-lighting), OFF or ON (Always) No. 1 meter ECU
        Drive monitor Cruising range Function to change the drive monitor setting Fuel consumption or Cruising range No. 1 meter ECU
        Tachometer Settings ON (Self-changing) Function to change the tachometer or hybrid system indicator setting ON (Self-changing), HV Meter (Always) or Tachometer (Always) No. 1 meter ECU
        Lamp brightness Standard Function to change the meter illumination setting Bright or Standard No. 1 meter ECU
        EV driving Indicator ON Function to turn on/off the EV indicator light setting ON or OFF No. 1 meter ECU
        SPORT lamp ON Function to turn on/off the sport light setting ON or OFF No. 1 meter ECU
        Default settings OFF Function to turn on/off the default setting ON or OFF No. 1 meter ECU
