Removal [09/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [09/2020 - ]

  2. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  7. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  9. REMOVE FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT SUB FLOOR PANEL 
    1. Disengage the 3 clips to remove the rear seat sub floor panel.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOM PARTITION COVER 
    1. Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and clip.
    3. Disengage the guide to remove the No. 2 room partition cover.
  12. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOM PARTITION COVER 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 room partition cover.

  13. REMOVE NO. 3 ROOM PARTITION COVER 
    1. Disengage the 5 clips and remove the No. 3 room partition cover.

  14. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the bolt to disconnect the floor anchor of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly LH.

  15. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for all rear seat shoulder belt hole covers.

    1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  17. REMOVE CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH COVER (w/o Rear Sunshade) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  18. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Sunshade) 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips.

    2. Disengage the 3 clips and 5 guides.
    3. Pass the 2 rear seat belt floor anchors through the holes of the package tray trim panel assembly then remove the package tray trim panel assembly.
  19. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Sunshade) 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips.

    2. Disengage the 3 clips and guide.
    3. Pass the 2 rear seat belt floor anchors through the holes of the package tray trim panel assembly then remove the package tray trim panel assembly.
  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a screwdriver, pull out the locking button as shown in the illustration to release the lock and disconnect the pretensioner connector as shown in the illustration.

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly.
