Installation [10/2016 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL TEMPERATURE SENSOR 
    1. Install a new gasket to the temperature sensor.
    2. Using a 19 mm ball joint lock nut wrench, install the temperature sensor to the stiffening crankcase assembly.

      *a Torque Wrench Fulcrum Length

      Torque

      Specified tightening torque 

      19.6 N.m (200 kgf/cm, 14 ft.lbf)

      NOTE:

      If a temperature sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.

      HINT: 

    3. Connect the temperature sensor connector.
  2. ADD ENGINE OIL

  3. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL

  4. INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK 

    See step  5 [08/2015 - 09/2020], or see step  5 [09/2020 - 11/2021], or see step  5 [11/2021 - 09/2022], or see step  5 [09/2022 - ]

  5. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 77 [10/2016 - 09/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 77 [09/2020 - ]
