- CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
- Check if a CAN communication system DTC is output. Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [03/2012 - ]

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU)
- Turn the power switch off.
- Disconnect the N92 connector from the power management control ECU.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

(to Power Management Control ECU)
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- Turn the power switch off.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - BODY GROUND)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition N20-4 (CG) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*a Front view of DLC3
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU - BODY GROUND)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
