DTC C1946: Malfunction in Signal from Steering Control ECU to Front Active Stabilizer Control ECU: Description

If the front active stabilizer control ECU receives a Variable Gear Ratio Steering (VGRS) system malfunction signal, DTC C1946 is output. If VGRS system related DTCs are output, perform a diagnosis for those DTCs. If no VGRS system DTCs are output, there may be a malfunction in the front active stabilizer control ECU.
