DTC C13AD/23: Open in +B Circuit: Description

C13AD/23	All of following conditions are met: Electric parking brake ECU is ON (engine switch is on (IG), or 15 sec. after engine switch is off and electric parking brake switch lock control is operating) When parking brake is not operating: +B voltage is less than 8.5 V; when parking brake is operating: +B voltage is less than 3.5 V Problem occurs for approx. 0.5 sec.
