DTC C13A6/42: Open or Short in Circuit of Motor: Description
The parking brake cable tightening/loosening operation is performed by the parking brake actuator's motor.

Both of following conditions are met:
- Electric parking brake ECU is ON (engine switch is on (IG), or 15 sec. after engine switch is off and electric parking brake switch lock control is operating)
- Power supply voltage and +B voltage are normal, but motor circuit is malfunctioning for approx. 1 sec.
