- Disconnect the S63 ECU connector.
- Disconnect the S34 light connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition S63-11 (LGLP) - S34-1 Always Below 1 Ω S34-2 - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω S63-11 (LGLP) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT (OPERATION)
- Temporarily replace the No. 1 luggage compartment light with a new or normally functioning one. Refer to REMOVAL - Step 1 .
- Check the No. 1 luggage compartment light operation.
OK
No. 1 luggage compartment light operation is normal.
NG → REPLACE LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (REAR JUNCTION BLOCK ECU)
