DTC B15C0: Short in GPS Antenna; DTC B15C1: Open in GPS Antenna: Procedure
- CHECK FOR DTC
- Turn the engine switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds.
- Perform "Health Check" and check for current DTCs. Refer to HEALTH CHECK

Result Proceed to DTC B15C0 or B15C1 is output A DTC B15C0 and B15C1 is not output B

- INSPECT TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the telephone and GPS antenna connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- INSPECT NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly from telephone and GPS antenna connector.
- Disconnect the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly from No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly from No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.
- Disconnect the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly from antenna cord sub-assembly.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Disconnect the antenna cord sub-assembly from DCM (telematics transceiver).
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- REPLACE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA
- Replace the telephone and GPS antenna with a normally functioning one and check if the same problem occurs again. Refer to REMOVAL
