- CHECK HEADPHONE
- Check if the wired headphones are securely connected to the jack.
OK
The wired headphones are securely connected to the jack.
NG → SECURELY CONNECT TO JACK WIRED HEADPHONES
OK: Go to next step
- Check if the wired headphones are securely connected to the jack.
- REPLACE HEADPHONES
- Replace the headphones with a new or normally functioning pair of headphones and check if the same problem occurs again.
OK
Same problem does not occur.
