- Check if the wired headphone jack is securely connected.

NG → SECURELY CONNECT JACK OF WIRED HEADPHONES
OK: Go to next step
- Check if the wired headphone jack is securely connected.
- REPLACE HEADPHONE
- Replace the headphone with a known good or new one and check if the same problem occurs again.
OK
Same problem does not occur.

OK → END (HEADPHONE WAS DEFECTIVE)
