Seat Belt Reminder Lamp: Testing and Inspection

SEAT BELT: FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT HEATER CONTROL SWITCH BOARD (w/o Navigation System)





Apply battery voltage to the air conditioning control assembly.

Check that the front passenger side seat belt warning light comes on.

OK:





If the result is not as specified, replace the heater control switch board.

2. INSPECT DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY (w/ Navigation System)





Apply battery voltage to the display and navigation module display.

Check that the front passenger side seat belt warning light comes on.

OK:





If the result is not as specified, replace the display and navigation module display.
