1UR-FE ENGINE MECHANICAL: FRONT CRANKSHAFT OIL SEAL: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the radiator assembly Removal.

2. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT PULLEY Removal

3. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT TIMING GEAR KEY

(a) Remove the crankshaft timing gear key from the crankshaft.





4. REMOVE FRONT CRANKSHAFT OIL SEAL

(a) Using a screwdriver, pry out the front crankshaft oil seal.

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

NOTICE:
Do not damage the surface of the front crankshaft oil seal press fit hole or crankshaft.
