AUDIO / VIDEO: LUGGAGE SPEAKER: INSTALLATION

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL REAR HEADER SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear header speaker with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL REAR QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH Installation

3. INSTALL NO. 1 SPEAKER WITH BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the No. 1 speaker with box with the 5 bolts.

Torque : 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector.

4. INSTALL STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET Installation

5. INSTALL AMPLIFIER BRACKET Installation

6. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH Installation

7. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

8. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation

10. INSTALL NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (w/o Tonneau Cover) Installation

11. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK Installation

12. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER Installation

13. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation

14. INSTALL OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER Installation

15. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH Installation

16. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation

17. INSTALL QUARTER SCUFF PLATE LH (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

18. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR FLOOR STEP COVER (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

19. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

(a) for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type LH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

(b) for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type RH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

(c) for 60/40 Split Slide Walk-in Seat Type LH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

(d) for 60/40 Split Slide Walk-in Seat Type RH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

20. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

(a) Install the rear No. 2 seat assembly Installation.

21. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

22. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
