Installation

AUDIO / VIDEO: STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER (for 14 Speakers): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 AMPLIFIER BRACKET

(a) Install the No. 1 amplifier bracket with 2 screws.

Torque : 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL NO. 2 AMPLIFIER BRACKET

(a) Install the No. 2 amplifier bracket with 2 screws.

Torque : 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

(a) Install the stereo component amplifier assembly with bracket with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 4 connectors.

4. INSTALL AMPLIFIER BRACKET

(a) Install the amplifier bracket with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

5. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH Installation

6. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

7. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (w/o Tonneau Cover) Installation

10. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK Installation

11. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER Installation

12. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation

13. INSTALL OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER Installation

14. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH Installation

15. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation

16. INSTALL QUARTER SCUFF PLATE LH (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

17. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR FLOOR STEP COVER (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

18. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

(a) for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type LH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

(b) for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type RH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

(c) for 60/40 Split Slide Walk-in Seat Type LH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

(d) for 60/40 Split Slide Walk-in Seat Type RH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

19. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

(a) Install the rear No. 2 seat assembly Installation.

20. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

21. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
