PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for Rear): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD LH Removal

2. REMOVE REAR QUARTER PANEL MUDGUARD RH

HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR LH Removal

4. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR RH

HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

5. REMOVE JACK BOX HOLE COVER Removal

6. REMOVE REAR BUMPER BAR PLATE Removal

7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER COVER Removal

8. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP

HINT
Use the same procedure for both ultrasonic sensor clips.





(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the ultrasonic sensor clip.

9. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR

HINT
Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensors.





(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

10. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

HINT
Use the same procedure for both No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainers.





(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer.

11. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER

Use the same procedure for both No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainers.





(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer.
