DTC C1745: Exhaust Solenoid Valve Circuit Malfunction: Procedure
- CLEAR DTC
- Clear the DTC. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
NEXT: Go to next step
- CHECK EXHAUST VALVE OPERATION (ACTIVE TEST)
- Turn the power switch OFF.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch ON (IG) and the Techstream ON.
- Enter the following menus: Chassis / Air suspension / Active Test.
- Check the operation sound of the exhaust valve when the solenoid is turned on through the ACTIVE TEST.AIR SUSPENSION

- INSPECT HEIGHT CONTROL COMPRESSOR (EXHAUST VALVE)
- Turn the power switch OFF.
- Remove the height control compressor. Refer to REMOVAL .
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 20°C (68°F) 10 to 14 Ω
NG → See step 6
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (EXHAUST VALVE - ECU AND BODY GROUND)
- Turn the power switch OFF.
- Disconnect the L88 ECU connector.
- Disconnect the A56 exhaust valve connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU. Refer to REMOVAL
- REPLACE HEIGHT CONTROL COMPRESSOR. Refer to REMOVAL
- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK. Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING
