DTC P0A0F-204: Engine Failed to Start; DTC P0A0F-205: Engine Failed to Start; DTC P0A0F-206: Engine Failed to Start; DTC P0A0F-524: Engine Failed to Start; DTC P0A0F-525: Engine Failed to Start: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Trouble Codes.
4. Check if DTCs are output.

   Result

   Result	Proceed to
   Engine control system DTCs are not output.	A
   Engine control system DTCs are output.	B

   HINT: 

   If P0A0F-204, 205, 206, 524 or 525 is output even though the ECM has not detected a malfunction, there is a malfunction in the hybrid vehicle control ECU.
