DTC B2415: Vehicle Speed Sensor Malfunction: Procedure
- CHECK DTC (VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM)
- Check that vehicle stability control system DTCs are not output.

- Check that vehicle stability control system DTCs are not output.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SKID CONTROL ECU - AFS ECU)
- Disconnect the A28 AFS ECU connector.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

(to AFS ECU) - Disconnect the A58 skid control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A58-10 (FRO) - A28-7 (SPDR) Always Below 1 Ω A58-9 (FLO) - A28-6 (SPDL) Always Below 1 Ω A28-7 (SPDR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher A28-6 (SPDL) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- Disconnect the A28 AFS ECU connector.
- CHECK AFS ECU
- Disconnect the A28 AFS ECU connector.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

(to AFS ECU) - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage

- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
- REPLACE SKID CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to COMPONENTS
