Confirmation Driving Pattern

  1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
  2. Turn the power switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream on.
  3. Clear the DTCs. Refer toDTC CHECK / CLEAR .
  4. Turn the power switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.
  5. Turn the power switch on (READY) and turn the Techstream on [A].
  6. Drive the vehicle for 10 minutes or more [B].
  7. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Trouble Codes.
  8. Check for DTCs [C].

    HINT: 

    • If a DTC is output, the system is malfunctioning.
    • If a DTC is not output, the system is normal.
