DTC P3110-139: IGCT Relay Malfunction; DTC P3110-223: IGCT Relay Malfunction: Procedure
- INSPECT RELAY (IGCT RELAY)
- Remove the IGCT relay from the engine room junction block assembly.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3 - 5 Auxiliary battery voltage is not applied between terminals 1 and 2 10 kΩ or higher TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*1 IGCT Relay - Install the IGCT relay.
NG → REPLACE RELAY (IGCT RELAY)
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU - ENGINE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK)
- Disconnect connector A58 from the hybrid vehicle control ECU connector.
- Remove the IGCT relay from the engine room junction block assembly.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
