DTC P0A10-263: DC / DC Converter Status Circuit High Input: Procedure
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HV)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.
- Check if DTCs are output.
Result
Result Proceed to DTC P0A10-263 only is output. A Other DTCs are also output. B - Turn the power switch off.

- CHECK HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU (NODD) WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.NOTE:
After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless instructed by the repair service information because this may cause a malfunction.
- Disconnect connector z17 from the hybrid vehicle converter.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT:
Turning the power switch on (IG) with the service plug grip removed causes interlock switch system DTC P0A0D- 350 to be output.
Standard Voltage

(to Hybrid Vehicle Converter) - Turn the power switch off.
- Connect the hybrid vehicle converter connector.

- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU - HYBRID VEHICLE CONVERTER) WARNING:

- Disconnect connector A58 from the hybrid vehicle control ECU.
- Disconnect connector z17 from the hybrid vehicle converter.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Turn the power switch off.
- Connect the hybrid vehicle converter connector.
- Connect the hybrid vehicle control ECU connector.
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK → See step 5
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.
- REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONVERTER. Refer to COMPONENTS
- REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU. Refer to COMPONENTS
- GO TO DTC CHART. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART
