TS and CG Terminal Circuit: Procedure
- INSPECT TERMINAL VOLTAGE (DLC3 TS TERMINAL)
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition K16-12 (TS) -
K16-4 (CG)Engine switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V - Turn the engine switch off.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Resistance
Tester Connection Specified Condition K16-4 (CG) - Body ground Below 1 Ω
NG → See step 4
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SKID CONTROL ECU TO DLC3)
- Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Resistance (for 1UR-FSE)
Tester Connection Specified Condition A13-25 (TS) - K16-12 (TS) Below 1 Ω K16-12 (TS) - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher Resistance (for 2GR-FSE)
Tester Connection Specified Condition K93-13 (TS) - K16-12 (TS) Below 1 Ω K16-12 (TS) - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (TS TERMINAL CIRCUIT)
OK: Go to next step
