DTC C192F: Rear Active Stabilizer Control ECU Data Malfunction: Procedure
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (CAN COMMUNICATION)
- Disconnect the y1 rear active stabilizer control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
Standard resistance
Tester Connection Specified Condition y1-1 (LCN+) - y1-8 (LCN-) 54 to 69 Ω y1-2 (CANH) - y1-3 (CANL) 54 to 69 Ω
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (CAN COMMUNICATION)
- Disconnect the A58 front active stabilizer control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
Standard resistance
Tester Connection Specified Condition A58-1 (LCN+) - A58-8 (LCN-) 54 to 69 Ω A58-2 (CANH) - A58-3 (CANL) 54 to 69 Ω
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK OPERATION OF REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU
- Turn the power switch OFF.
- Exchange the front active stabilizer control ECU with the rear active stabilizer control ECU.
- Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch ON (IG) and press the Techstream main switch ON.
- Clear the DTC. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
- Check for DTC.RESULT
Result Proceed to DTC is not output A DTC C1907 is output B
A → CHECK INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS
B → REPLACE REAR ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU
