Front Lower Ball Joint: Removal: Removal

REMOVE FRONT LOWER BALL JOINT
1. Fix the front lower suspension arm in a vise using aluminum plates.

2. Remove the clip and castle nut.
3. Use SST to remove the front lower ball joint from the front lower suspension arm.
  - SST: 09950-40011
    - 09951-04010
    - 09952-04010
    - 09953-04020
    - 09954-04010
    - 09955-04051
    - 09957-04010
    - 09958-04011
  NOTE:
  - Do not damage the front lower suspension arm.
  - Do not damage the lower ball joint dust boots.
  - Completely engage the SST to the spacer of the front suspension. (for 4WD)
  - If the spacer of the front lower suspension arm comes off, replace the front lower suspension arm with a new one. (for 4WD)
