REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 1
REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 2
REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 3
REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 4
REMOVE NO. 1 INLET AIR CLEANER . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 18
DISCONNECT NO. 2 VENTILATION HOSE . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6
REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6
REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT See step 4
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 3
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER
1. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the radiator support opening cover.

REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 4
REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER
1. Remove the 3 screws, clamp and the hood lock control cable cover.

DISCONNECT HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect the connector.

2. Remove the hood lock nut cap and the hood lock nut.

3. Remove the 2 bolts, and separate the hood lock assembly from the radiator support upper.
  NOTE:
  Do not forcibly bend the hood lock control cable.
REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT
1. Separate the 4 wire harness clamps and the 3 connectors.

2. Separate the clamp and the cooling fan motor connector.

3. Separate the clamp and the No. 2 cooling fan motor connector.

4. Separate the 6 clamps and the No. 2 engine room wire.

5. Remove the 5 bolts and the upper radiator support.

REMOVE RADIATOR INLET HOSE
1. Remove the 2 clips and the radiator inlet hose from the radiator assembly.

REMOVE RADIATOR OUTLET HOSE
1. Remove the 2 clamps and the radiator outlet hose from the radiator assembly.

SEPARATE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 4 bolts, separate the cooler condenser assembly from the radiator assembly.

REMOVE ENGINE ROOM ECU OUTLET DUCT
1. Remove the engine room ECU outlet duct from the engine room ECU box.

REMOVE RESERVE TANK CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Separate the reserve tank cap sub-assembly from the reserve tank.

REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the radiator assembly from the vehicle together with the cooling fan assembly.

  NOTE:
  Make sure that the cooler condenser assembly and radiator assembly do not come into contact with each other.
2. Remove the 3 claws and the cooling fan assembly from the radiator assembly.

3. Remove the 2 radiator support cushions and the 2 lower radiator supports.
