TS and CG Terminal Circuit: Procedure

INSPECT DLC3 TERMINAL VOLTAGE (TS TERMINAL)

Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

Measure the voltage according to the value in the table below.

Standard voltage

Tester Connection	Specified Condition
D1-12 (TS) - D1-4 (CG)	10 to 14 V

NG → See step 3

OK: Go to next step

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU - DLC3)

Disconnect the suspension control ECU S16 connector.

Measure the resistance according to the values in the table below.

Standard resistance

Tester Connection	Specified Condition
S16-5 (TS) - D1-12 (TS)	Below 1 Ω
S16-5 (TS) - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK → REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - BODY GROUND)

Measure the resistance according to the value in the table below.

Standard resistance

Tester Connection	Specified Condition
D1-4 (CG) - Body ground	Below 1 Ω

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK: Go to next step

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU - DLC3)

Disconnect the suspension control ECU S16 connector.

Measure the resistance according to the values in the table below.

Standard resistance

Tester Connection	Specified Condition
S16-5 (TS) - D1-12 (TS)	Below 1 Ω
S16-5 (TS) - Body ground	10 kΩ or higher

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK → REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU
