  1. COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

    C8-3 (AIR SUS LOADING MODE) (*1) - Body ground G - Body ground AIR SUS LOADING MODE indicator light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AIR SUS LOADING MODE indicator light ON Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AIR SUS LOADING MODE indicator light OFF 10 to 14 V
    C8-4 (CHECK ENGINE) - Body ground BR - Body ground Malfunction Indicator Lamp signal (CHECK ENGINE warning light) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, MIL ON Below 2.5 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, MIL OFF 10 to 14 V
    C8-5 (MPX+) - Body ground Y - Body ground Communication signal Communication circuit -
    C8-6 (SPEED SIGNAL (4P)) - Body ground LG - Body ground Speed signal (Output) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position 10 to 14 V
    C8-7 (TACH) - Body ground W - Body ground Tachometer signal Engine running Pulse generation

    C8-8 (IG2) - Body ground GR - Body ground Ignition switch signal Turn the ignition switch OFF Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position 10 to 14 V
    C8-9 (AIR SUS OFF) (*1) - Body ground W - Body ground AIR SUS OFF indicator light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AIR SUS OFF indicator light ON Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AIR SUS OFF indicator light OFF 10 to 14 V
    C8-10 (AIR SUS LO) (*1) - Body ground GR - Body ground AIR SUS LO indicator light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AIR SUS LO indicator light ON Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AIR SUS LO indicator light OFF 10 to 14 V
    C8-11 (AIR SUS N) (*1) - Body ground R - Body ground AIR SUS N indicator light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AIR SUS N indicator light ON Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AIR SUS N indicator light OFF 10 to 14 V
    C8-12 (AIR SUS HI) (*1) - Body ground V - Body ground AIR SUS HI indicator light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AIR SUS HI indicator light ON Below 1 V

    C9-4 (MPX-) - Body ground Y - Body ground Communication signal Communication circuit -
    C9-5 (CHARGE) - Body ground B - Body ground CHARGE warning light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, CHARGE warning light OFF 10 to 14 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, CHARGE warning light ON Below 1 V
    C9-8 (BRAKE LEVEL) - Body ground W - Body ground BRAKE warning light signal (Brake fluid level) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, brake fluid level (LO) Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, brake fluid level NORMAL 10 to 14 V
    C9-10 (H-LP LEVEL) - Body ground B - Body ground H-LP LEVEL indicator light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, H-LP LEVEL indicator light ON Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, H-LP LEVEL indicator light OFF 10 to 14 V
    C9-11 (OIL PRESSURE) - Body ground Y - Body ground OIL PRESSURE warning light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, OIL PRESSURE warning light ON Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, OIL PRESSURE warning light OFF 10 to 14 V
    C9-12 (AFS OFF) (*2) - Body ground L - Body ground AFS OFF indicator light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AFS OFF indicator light ON Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, AFS OFF indicator light OFF 10 to 14 V
    C9-13 (RE) - Body ground W - Body ground Rheostat switch signal (RE) Always Below 1 V
    C9-14 (RV) - Body ground O - Body ground Rheostat switch signal (VR) Rheostat is in the MIN. position Below 1 V
    Rheostat is in the MAX. position 4 to 6 V
    C9-15 (RL) - Body ground B - Body ground Rheostat switch signal (RL) On condition except for the below 4 to 6 V
    2 minutes or more have passed after turning the ignition switch off Below 1 V
    C9-16 (TCAN SW) - Body ground Y - Body ground Rheostat switch signal (Tail cancel switch) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, turn the rheostat fully counterclockwise Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, turn the rheostat fully clockwise 4 to 6 V
    C9-17 (ODO/TRIP SW) - Body ground L - Body ground Rheostat switch signal (ODO/TRIP switch) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, rheostat switch (ODO/TRIP switch) OFF 4 to 6 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, rheostat switch (ODO/TRIP switch) ON Below 1 V
    C9-18 (SPEED SIGNAL) - Body ground BR - Body ground Speed signal (Input) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and turn the wheel slowly Pulse generation

    C9-19 (FUEL SENDER) - Body ground V - Body ground Fuel signal Fuel sender gauge is F position Below 1 V
    Fuel sender gauge is E position 4.5 to 6.7 V
    C9-22 (P-SEAT BELT) (*3) - Body ground R - Body ground Passenger seat belt signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, sit on the passenger seat, belt is unfastened Below 1 V ←→ 10 to 14 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, sit on the passenger seat, belt is fastened 10 to 14 V
    C9-23 (RR LIGHT) - Body ground G - Body ground RR LIGHT indicator light signal (Rear light failure) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, RR LIGHT indicator light ON Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, RR LIGHT indicator light OFF 10 to 14 V
    C9-24 (WASHER LEVEL) - Body ground LG - Body ground WASHER warning light signal Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, WASHER warning light ON Below 1 V
    Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, WASHER warning light OFF 10 to 14 V

    *1: with Air Suspension

    *2: with AFS

    *3: with Navigation System

    1. Waveform 1 (Reference): Using oscilloscope:

      Vehicle condition Turn the ignition switch to the ON position

      HINT: 

      Duty ratio changes as illumination becomes darker ("A" becomes longer).

    2. Waveform 2 (Reference): Using oscilloscope:
