DTC P1606-308: Collision Detection; DTC P1606-317: Collision Detection: Description
In the event of a collision, the hybrid vehicle control ECU receives a signal from the Airbag ECU assembly that indicates a collision. After a collision is detected, the hybrid vehicle control ECU shuts off the high-voltage systems for safety.
