INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the ventilation valve sub-assembly.
Torque: 3.5 Nm (36 kgf-cm, 31 in-lbf)
HINT: When reusing the ventilation valve sub-assembly, inspect the O-ring. If the O-ring has scratches or cuts, replace the ventilation valve sub-assembly

2. INSTALL VENTILATION HOSE





(a) Install the ventilation hose to the ventilation valve sub-assembly.
3. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY
