Steering Pad Switch: Removal: Removal

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
WARNING:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
REMOVE NO. 3 LOWER STEERING WHEEL COVER . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 3
REMOVE NO. 2 LOWER STEERING WHEEL COVER . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 4
REMOVE STEERING PAD . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 5
REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect the 2 connectors and disengage the clamp.

2. Remove the 2 screws.

3. Disengage the 4 pins and remove the steering pad switch assembly.
