Rear Console Box: Disassembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the console box cup holder sub-assembly.

      NOTE:

      When removing the console box cup holder sub-assembly, do not hold the center part of the sub-assembly in order to prevent the cup holder from breaking.

  2. REMOVE FRONT UPPER CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH 
    1. Using a molding remover, disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front upper console panel garnish.
  3. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Open the console compartment door lock sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow to remove it.

  4. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. While pushing down on the lock using a screwdriver with its tip taped, slide the console door in the direction shown by the arrow to remove it.

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION 
    1. Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions from the console box.
  6. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the console box illumination light assembly.

  7. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 11
  8. REMOVE POWER POINT SOCKET COVER 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the power point socket cover.
  9. REMOVE AUDIO TERMINAL  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 11
