DTC B2006: Short to GND in Seat Belt Motor LH Circuit: Procedure

1. Disconnect the Q13 connector of the front seat outer belt assembly LH.

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   Q13-1 - Body ground	Always	1 MΩ or higher
   Q13-2 - Body ground	Always	1 MΩ or higher

3. Reconnect the Q13 connector of the front seat outer belt assembly LH.

NG → See step   4 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
   WARNING:

   Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

2. Disconnect the Q13 connector of the front seat outer belt assembly LH.
3. Disconnect the Q58 connector of the seat belt control ECU.

4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   Q13-1 - Body ground	Always	1 MΩ or higher
   Q13-2 - Body ground	Always	1 MΩ or higher
   Q13-1 - Q13-2	Always	1 MΩ or higher

5. Reconnect the Q13 connector of the front seat outer belt assembly LH and Q58 connector of the seat belt control ECU.
6. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH - SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU)
