CHECK VEHICLE FOR COLLISION DAMAGE
1. Check the vehicle condition.
  Result
  
  The vehicle is damaged.
YES → REPAIR VEHICLE

NO: Go to next step

CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HV)

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.

Check if DTCs are output.

Result

DTC No.	Proceed to
P1606 and P0A1D are output.	A
P1606 only is output.	B

A → GO TO INSPECTION PROCEDURE RELEVANT TO OUTPUT DTC (P0A1D)

B: Go to next step

CHECK SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM
1. Troubleshoot the airbag system.
  Result
  
  There is a malfunction.
YES → REPAIR OR REPLACE MALFUNCTIONING PARTS, COMPONENT AND AREA

NO: Go to next step

CHECK INFORMATION CODE

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.
Check if DTCs are output.

Access the freeze frame data corresponding to DTC P1606 and select the information.

Result

A → REPLACE CENTER AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY

CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HV)
1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.
4. Check if DTCs are output.
  Result
  
  DTC U0151-763 is output.
YES → GO TO DTC CHART

NO → See step 6
REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU. Refer to COMPONENTS
