Inspection Procedure

CHECK HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU (VOLTAGE CHECK)

Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard voltage

HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU (VOLTAGE CHECK)

Tester Connection	Specified Condition
BS2 (H30-17) - BS2G (H30-28)	2.3 to 3.1 V

NG: Go to step 4

OK: GO TO NEXT STEP

CLEAR DTC (HV)
1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
3. Select the following menu items: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/ MOBD / HV ECU / DTC INFO / CLEAR CODES.
RECONFIRM OUTPUT DTCS (HV)
1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Select the following menu items: DIAGNOSIS / OBD/ MOBD / HV ECU / DTC INFO / CURRENT CODES.
3. Read output DTCs. (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR )
  Result:
  
  P3207-753 and P3208-754 are output.
NO: CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS

YES: REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU

INSPECT REAR CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR LH

Disconnect the C21 rear circuit breaker sensor LH connector.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance

REAR CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR LH

Tester Connection	Specified Condition
SCR- (C21-1) - SCR+ (C21-2)	0.65 to 1.0 kΩ at 20°C ( 68°F)

NG: REPLACE REAR CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR LH

OK: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
