DRIVE SHAFT / PROPELLER SHAFT: FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER Removal

5. DRAIN DIFFERENTIAL OIL Service and Repair

6. REMOVE FRONT AXLE ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Remove the front axle assembly Removal.
7. REMOVE FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY LH






(a) Using SST, remove the drive shaft.
SST: 09520-01010
SST: 09520-24010
09520-32040
NOTICE:

- Be careful not to damage the dust cover and oil seal.
- Move the drive shaft while keeping it level.
