Installation

PARKING BRAKE: PARKING BRAKE LEVER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the parking brake switch with the screw.
Torque: 0.9 Nm (9 kgf-cm, 8 in-lbf)
2. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the parking brake lever with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf)
(b) Install the parking brake lever support with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf)
(c) Install the straight pin to the parking brake lever.






(d) Connect the No. 2 parking brake cable and No. 3 parking brake cable to the No. 1 parking brake pull rod.






(e) Install the bush, compression spring and No. 1 parking brake pull rod to the parking brake lever with the adjusting nut.
(f) Install the parking brake return spring.
(g) Connect the parking brake switch connector.
3. INSPECT PARKING BRAKE LEVER TRAVEL Adjustments

4. ADJUST PARKING BRAKE LEVER TRAVEL Adjustments

5. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Cool Box)
(a) Install the rear console box sub-assembly Installation.
6. INSTALL COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY (w/ Cool Box)
(a) Install the cooling box assembly Installation.
7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Cool Box)
(a) Install the front seat assembly LH Installation.
8. CHARGE REFRIGERANT (w/ Cool Box) Service and Repair

9. WARM UP ENGINE (w/ Cool Box) Service and Repair

10. CHECK FOR REFRIGERANT GAS LEAK (w/ Cool Box) Service and Repair

11. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL (w/ Cool Box) Installation

12. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH (w/ Cool Box) Installation

13. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (w/ Cool Box) Installation
