1. CHECK HEADPHONE
(a) Check if the jack of the wired headphone is securely connected.
OK:
Jack of wired headphone is securely connected.
NG -- SECURELY CONNECT JACK OF WIRED HEADPHONES
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. REPLACE HEADPHONE WITH NORMAL ONE AND CHECK
(a) Replace the headphone with a normal one and check if the same problem occurs again.
OK:
Same problem does not occur.
NG -- REPLACE REMOTE CONTROL ADAPTER ASSEMBLY
OK -- END (HEADPHONE IS DEFECTIVE)
