| Engine RPM | 700 to 6800 rpm |
| Either of the following conditions 1 and 2 are met | - |
| 1 ECT at engine start | More than -7°C (19°F) |
| 2 ECT | More than 20°C (68°F) |
| Fuel cut | OFF |
