REAR CONSOLE BOX (for Ottoman): Removal

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and remove the rear seat console box front panel.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws, then detach the 2 hooks and remove the rear seat console box lower cover.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    3. Remove the 6 bolts, and move the console box in the direction of the arrow shown below. Then detach the 2 clips, and remove the console box.

    4. Disconnect the connector.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST GARNISH LH 
    1. Open the console door.
    2. While pulling up the armrest garnish, detach the 3 claws and 2 clips to remove it.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST GARNISH RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE PANEL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 6 clips and remove the console panel.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE TABLE COVER FRONT 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Pull up the table cover and detach the 2 hooks to remove it.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE TABLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and console table.

  7. REMOVE VOLTAGE INVERTER ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Take out the console armrest cover.

    2. Remove the 8 nuts and 2 bolts.
    3. Remove the 2 screws and console armrest.
    4. Disconnect the connector.
