Luggage Compartment Door Opener System: Precaution

NOTE: When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following system after the cable is reconnected.

  1. PRECAUTION WHEN USING TECHSTREAM 
    1. When using the Techstream with the engine switch off to trouble shoot:

      Connect the Techstream to the vehicle, and turn the courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5-second intervals until communication between the Techstream and the vehicle begins.

    2. After all DTCs are cleared, check if the trouble occurs again 6 seconds after the engine switch is turned on (IG).
