Diagnosis System

- CHECK DLC3
- Check the DLC3 (See HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT ECU CONTROLLED SYSTEMS )
- INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
- Measure the battery voltage
Standard Voltage: 11 to 14 V
If voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding
- Measure the battery voltage
