Fuel Lid Opener Motor Assembly: Inspection

- INSPECT FUEL LID OPENER MOTOR ASSEMBLY
- Apply battery voltage to the motor terminals and check that the motor operates and the shaft moves in the open direction

SPECIFICATION CHARTMeasurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → Terminal 2
Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1Motor operates and shaft moves in open direction - Measure the shaft stroke.
Standard: 10.3 mm (0.406 in.) or more
If the result is not as specified, replace the motor assembly.
