Section 55 (Cooling (2GR-FSE)): Thermostat: Removal

REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE NO. 1 INLET AIR CLEANER (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
SEPARATE RADIATOR OUTLET HOSE
1. Disconnect the hose from the water inlet with thermostat.

REMOVE WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 3 nuts, water inlet with thermostat and gasket.
