Personal Light: Removal

  1. REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/o Sliding Roof) 
    1. Open the cover

    2. Remove the 2 screws
    3. Using a molding remover, disengage the 2 clips
    4. Disengage the 2 guides
    5. Disconnect the connector and remove the map light assembly.
  2. REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Open the cover

    2. Remove the 2 screws
    3. Using a molding remover, disengage the 2 clips
    4. Disengage the 2 guides
    5. Disconnect the connector and remove the map light assembly
  3. REMOVE MAP LIGHT BULB 
    1. Turn the 3 map light bulbs and 3 map light sockets in the direction indicated by the arrows in the illustration and remove them as a unit
    2. Remove the 3 map light bulbs from the 3 map light sockets.
